- We also teach you how to set and pursue goals in a healthy way built upon healthy motivation frameworks
- You complete an assessment that identifies your unique strengths using the world’s most robust strength assessment tool.
- You have your very own strengths coach who will help you create an action plan for bringing your strengths to life and using them in an optimal way.
- You can also track your subjective well-being in real-time. For organisations, this means you can track the subjective well-being of your whole workforce in real-time.
Happiness Lab Features
Advanced Positive Goal Setting
Learn how to identify and minimise conflicts between your short, medium and long term goals, so you have a fully integrated goal framework. You will also learn how to orient your goal framework to your core values motivations, and how to use your strengths to maximum benefits in pursuit of your goals.
Playing to My Strengths Report
Developing the ability to apply your strengths in skilful ways takes time and practice. So every quarter you will have the opportunity to receive a tailored report from your Strengths Development Specialist about how you can apply your unique strengths to enhance your success and achieve your desired outcomes.
Positive Coaching
You will have three one hour live coaching sessions with one of our expert and accredited Positive Coaches. Delivered virtually and using a strengths-based coaching framework your Positive Coach will assist you to move towards your goals, solve your challenges and gain clarity around your next steps.
