If you are new to mindfulness practice, then I encourage you to listen to the two introductory sessions, giving an overview of the practice and its history and evolution.
Then, start using the shorter practices and work up to the longer ones.
I recommend leaving the Calm Abiding Practices until you have established a regular habit and are comfortable sitting for at least 20 to 30 minutes.
These practices are explored in depth in the Authentic Mindfulness Masterclass.
New practices will be recorded and added occasionally, and I will let you know when they are uploaded.
