Holding space for clients to explore, challenge, learn and grow is the fundamental role I take as a coach. What sets me apart from all other coaches is that I hold that space using a strengths-based approach based upon the science of Positive Psychology and Human Flourishing.
What does that mean? It means that space will be free of conceptual fluff, popular stuff and dogma. Imagine your own robust and rigorous scientific laboratory in which to question, get curious, contemplate what could be, and arrive at valid and empirical conclusions about your next steps.
